I toss the dice..a route to the unknown.
I’m back in Giovanni’s Room.
The Paris rooftops loom
Perspective is a geometry of chance.
...Is chance the chancy thing
A dance that needs a blinding wind..
Blind winds on wings ?

The attic window opens to a breeze...
Curtains unease themselves into a shift.
And me.. and Giovanni on the bed..
We toss the dice again.
