New Babylon
The troops in the field when finally visited
Realised at last that they were just conned lizards
Nothing helped now....dying and twitching
...their wounds are still bleeding
Their stomachs still retching.
But equally worse ... hid under leaves of banana
Women were lying ...with wombs torn open... dead babies beside them
Or still even worse ....their babies were writhing...
....just for a while..
And worser and worser each step brought me nearer
I closed off my eyes but the cries kept on coming
Machetes and Tear Gas ...Smart Guns and Knives
Wherever I walked and wherever I looked
It was taking its toll...it was becoming clearer...
Nothing had evolved at all.
And I look at you Europe and the World at large
And I look at you guys sitting in labs..
With your fixed evil eyes on things far from wise
Designing these tortures to impose on the world
Encouraged by governments..making the gold...
And bought by despots who want to take all
Where will it end?
It gets worse
Weapons kill babies in New Babylon....
