My Museum: A Woman Speaks to History.
In my museum
You are on display.
I have those parts of you I know
Assembled here….
The mind..the skin..…even the sex of you
Are labelled as….Dark Happening.
It is a record ..for myself alone…
In my museum.
At first it seemed quite hard to do
A flight on dangerous wings.
The fright of losing mind and soul…
even the shallow breath..to which I cling.
But here they are
… as hovering haunts of loss and strife…
A day …a night
The images
Are totems noted by a transitory life
….in my museum.
I have those parts of you that damaged everything,
I label them as.… Tombs of Deadly Ways…
Unnoticed by a fleeting world…
And seen by only me…
In my museum .
